The services shall be supported by appropriate transport facilities, safe health infrastructures and competent emergency medical teams (NHP);<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb002c8 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cb002c8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd6c358 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" (NHP);<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32c2b88 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" quality of their services on an annual basis, and draw up Action Plan for quality improvement in priority basis (NHP);<\/p><ul><li>National Referral Hospital for the Country;<\/li><li>Western Region Referral Hospital for the western region;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-437cfaa e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"437cfaa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t<div
