Objectives
The Health Information Service Center aims to:
- Ensure that the general population and high-risk groups are:
- Educated on STI/HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.
- Informed on safe sex practices and the importance of condom use.
- Able to access HIV testing and Antiretroviral (ARV) treatment.
- Link HISC services with care, support, and treatment programs.

Education & Counseling:
General information, clarification of doubts, and individual counseling.
Pretest Counseling
Guidance before HIV testing.
Testing
Confidential HIV testing services.
Post-Test Counseling
Follow-up counseling based on test results.
Referrals
Assistance with specialist referrals for additional care and treatment.
- HISC maintains a strict Confidentiality Policy to protect client privacy.

Service Timings
Monday to Friday at 10:00am -7:00pm and Lunch Break: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm
Closed on Sundays and government holidays.
